This vigorous hybrid is uniform and is ideal for winter season. It has dark bluish green foliage with excellent blanch which gives tolerance to cold temperatures. It has a maturity of 80 - 85 days and produces excellent pure white curds with excellent firmness and density. Each curd weighs 1.75 - 2.5 Kg.
